Anita Silverman, MPS, NHA, CMC has served as a geriatric care manager in South Florida since 1993 and has always been a proponent of successful aging. She is a Nursing Home Administrator and a member of the Academy of Certified Care Managers and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Her commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults has taken her from the nursing home arena to care management in a community agency, her own private practice, a corporate environment and now a return to a more focused private care management setting. She holds an MS in Gerontology and Elder Care Studies from Lynn University , Boca Raton , FL.

Pam Dannelevitz, RN, CMC, a native of Chicago , has been serving the senior community in South Florida for 27 years. Pam has acted as a Medicare Home Health Nurse, Director of Nursing and Administrator for two large private home care companies. She had her own practice as a geriatric care manager for four years until she chose to go into a larger corporate environment. Pam now returns to private practice to focus on developing and managing several elder projects. Her background serves her well in providing quality services to enhance the lives of her clients and their families. She is a member of the Academy of Certified Care Managers and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. |
