Meet our Care Management Team

Pam Dannelevitz, RN, CMC, a native of Chicago, has been serving the senior community in South Florida for nearly 30 years. As the owner of Elder Care Consultants and Senior Care Manager, her nursing background and extensive knowledge of community resources serve her well in providing quality services to her clients and their families. She has been a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers since 1999 and is also a member of the Academy of Certified Care Managers.

Linda Katz, RN, CMC, a native of New Jersey, worked in several hospitals and doctors offices in a variety of specialties. She joined Elder Care Consultants in 2007 and has since acquired the Care Manager Certification in the Spring of 2009. Married to an internal medicine physician, Linda brings a unique perspective to her role as a professional geriatric care manager.

Scott Medoff, BA, graduated from Rutgers University and has spent many years as a caregiver to several family members, giving him a unique understanding of the role of patient advocate and vast experience in dealing with Alzheimer’s and other dementia related disorders as a non-clinical care manager.

Andrea Medoff, RN is a native of New Jersey and a graduate of Temple University. Andrea has worked in south Florida since 1997 in hospitals and outpatient settings. Andrea specializes in the area of wound care treatment giving her vast knowledge of many issues that our elderly population faces. Her kindness, caring, and compassion makes her an effective geriatric care manager.
